Please rinse sandy items before returning them.

We happily welcome well-behaved dogs and cats weighing up to 20 pounds.

Please:

• Inform us in advance if you're bringing a pet. 
• Clean up after your pet. 
• Do not leave pets unattended unless safely crated. 
• Keep pets off furniture unless covered. 

Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable law.

Please be respectful of neighboring homes.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cottage.

If smoking outdoors, please use the designated area and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

For everyone's safety, only registered guests may stay overnight.

Daytime visitors are welcome with prior approval.

Please enjoy the cottage as if it were your own.

If something is accidentally damaged, simply let us know. We understand accidents happen and appreciate your honesty.

Please:

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving. 
• Turn off lights and small appliances when not in use. 
• Notify us immediately of any maintenance concerns. 

A few simple things before checkout:

• Lock all doors and windows. 
• Place used towels in the bathroom. 
• Wash used dishes (if applicable). 
• Dispose of trash in the garbage can under kitchen sink. 
• Return beach equipment to its original location. 
• Double-check for personal belongings. 
• No need to strip the bed—we'll take care of that!

• 14 or more days before arrival: Full refund. 
• 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund. 
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund. 

If we are able to rebook your canceled dates, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Mandatory evacuation orders due to hurricanes or other government-declared emergencies affecting the property will receive a full refund for the affected nights.
