We've thoughtfully prepared the cottage to provide the perfect guest information for a relaxing and recharging experience on Florida's Treasure Coast. Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

Self Check-In

Your unique entry code and arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available in the designated area.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included. Network details can be found inside the cottage.

The Kitchen

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay:

- Full-Size Refrigerator

- Two-burner cooktop

- Air fryer/toaster oven

- Dinnerware

- Cooking utensils

Laundry

A private washer and dryer are provided. Please use only the detergent provided or HE detergent. Avoid washing heavily soiled items (like muddy clothing, oily rags, or paint-covered items). Remember to empty the lint filter after using the dryer and report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

Beach Amenities

We want you to enjoy Florida's beautiful beaches! Beach essentials are provided for your use. Please rinse sandy items before returning them.

Families Welcome

Upon request, we are happy to provide:

- Plastic Dishes/Utensils

Pets

We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs and cats weighing up to 20 pounds. Please: 

- Inform us in advance if you're bringing a pet. 

- Clean up after your pet. 

- Do not leave pets unattended unless safely crated. 

- Keep pets off furniture unless covered. 

-Fenced in Backyard

Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable law.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring homes.

House Rules

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cottage. If smoking outdoors, please use the designated area and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Registered Guests

For everyone's safety, only registered guests may stay overnight. Daytime visitors are welcome with prior approval.

Caring for the Cottage

Please enjoy Sea Glass Coastal Cottage as if it were your own. If something is accidentally damaged, simply let us know. We understand accidents happen and appreciate your honesty.

Safety

Please remember to lock all doors and windows when leaving, turn off lights and small appliances when not in use, and notify us immediately of any maintenance concerns.

Before You Leave

A few simple things before checkout:

- Lock all doors and windows. 

- Place used towels in the bathroom. 

- Wash used dishes (if applicable). 

- Dispose of trash in the garbage can under the kitchen sink. 

- Return beach equipment to its original location. 

- Double-check for personal belongings. 

- No need to strip the bed—we'll take care of that!

Cancellation Policy

14 or more days before arrival: Full refund. 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund. If we can rebook your canceled dates, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. Mandatory evacuation orders due to hurricanes or other government-declared emergencies affecting the property will receive a full refund for the affected nights.
